65.042 RELIGIOUS CORPORATIONS; CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTIONS. IF RELIGIOUS
DOCTRINE OR PRACTICE GOVERNING THE AFFAIRS OF A RELIGIOUS CORPORATION IS
INCONSISTENT WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CHAPTER ON THE SAME SUBJECT, THE
RELIGIOUS DOCTRINE OR PRACTICE SHALL CONTROL TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY THE
CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OR THE CONSTITUTION OF THIS STATE, OR BOTH.

THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION FOR THE UNITED STATES COMPELS THAT, “CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW RESPECTING AN ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION…” THIS MEANS THAT NEITHER THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT NOR THE STATE ARE AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY LAWS TO GOVERN A RELIGIOUS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION.

OUR SOLE AND DIVINE PURPOSE, AS A RELIGIOUS NONPROFIT CORPORATION, IS SIMPLY THE PROTECTION AND RESTORATION OF GOD'S BEAUTIFUL EARTH THROUGH EDUCATION ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT, AND THOSE ISSUES THAT MATTER MOST IN REGARDS TO THE ENVIRONMENT, NOTHING MORE.

SINCE SLEEPING NATIVES PRODUCTIONS DOES NOT HAVE A 501(c)3 DESIGNATION, WE CANNOT OFFER A TAX RECEIPT FOR A TAX DEDUCTION ON ANY CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED. THE RELIGIOUS NONPROFIT CORPORATION IS RECOGNIZED BY THE IRS AS A STATUS 508. APPLYING FOR EXEMPTION UNDER 501(c)3 VOIDS THE NATURAL IMMUNITY AGAINST REGULATION FOUND IN THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION, AS WELL AS THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, SECTION 508, WHICH READS:

BECAUSE NO RECORDS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE STATE OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, OR THE IRS, THE ONLY RECORDS KEPT ARE FOR THE PRIVATE USE OF THE CORPORATION. BECAUSE THE CORPORATIOIN DOES NOT HAVE EMPLOYEES, OFFERS NO TAX RECEIPTS, AND DOES NOT HAVE A 501(c)3 DESIGNATION, IT IS EXEMPT FROM RECORD KEEPING REQUIREMENTS.
